  • DDP: Dourbeauty Bysplendour is responsible for getting your order to your doorstep & only to residential addresses NO P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Lost Items: Dourbeauty Bysplendour is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order gets lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, Dourbeauty Bysplendour is not responsible for misdelivered packages. Please contact us immediately if an error is made.
